I have to say that working with Rod on a renovation is an amazing experience. I am a PM myself and understand how important feedback, updates and quality control are to a project. With Rod that was never a problem. He surpassed my expectations at every corner and we got exactly what we wanted with our kitchen and more. He really goes the extra mile. He even answered my requests on a Sunday (Although I never expected him too) I have some more renovations coming up and his number will be the only one I call! You are a star Rod!!

Rod and his team did a fantastic job with our kitchen, bathroom and toilet renovation. Rod was quick to respond, provide a quote and worked thru multiple kitchen designs with us before we settled on our final layout. Rods team worked quickly and provided high quality work. A few challenges were found during demolition - not that surprising considering our place is over 50 years old! Rod communicated clearly what work needed to be done and what the extra charges would be for this. All trades people were on time and followed covid protocol. Our job was completed 6 days ahead of the original schedule despite the extra work required and was within budget. Rod called me every couple of days to provide a progress update and keep me informed of the next stage. I would recommend Nicol Renovations without hesitation.

Rod helped us all the way from our very vague desire to 'do up the kitchen and bathroom' to a completed renovation that we couldn't be happier with. F45 Glenfield simply would not have been able to open it's doors if it wasn't the amazing work of Rod and his Team. Rod is a magician at making the impossible happen - especially when it comes to council. His pragmatic approach and attention to detail meant that even under huge pressure we were able to open our doors on time with an amazing looking Studio. Our members are enjoying the high quality of our showers and bathrooms as well as many unseen factors making the entire Studio one of quality. Rod and his team recently renovated our kitchen and bathrooms in our 1980’s property. They were incredibly challenging small spaces to work in (by today’s standards) and the project also involved completely removing the original dux quest piping.Rod was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough from our initial meeting and kept us fully informed throughout the whole project which came in on budget and on time. Rod’s years spent working in the building trade means he has high standards as it's his name on the business and he expects the same standards from the trades people he engages, all of whom were great.We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of the project and the brand-new kitchen and bathrooms have made our home so much nicer to live in and the reassurance that we no longer have the ongoing risk of leaking dux quest pipes is such a relief. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Nicol Renovations to anyone who is looking to renovate their kitchen and bathrooms.
