The biggest musical instrument and gear store in Palmy. Pricing is competitive, and the staff are friendly and professional. They carry quite a bit of stuff in stock, and can order pretty much anything else. They're my go-to option for anything other than weird/custom stuff.

Arrived just before 9am when they open, 3 people at the counter talking, did not open until 9:10am with myself and 2 other people outside (one new the staff). Finally opened, one person just started talking to the staff not music related as he new them, I went to look at recording equipment and speakers, our band needs some, would have been a good sale. Noone came over even though there were 2 people up front talking. One staff member looked like he was actually doing work walked up and asked if I was ok but I was already leaving at that point, guess I'll be shopping somewhere else.

I went in once to make a purchase and it took ages to get served, when I did the guy was very apologetic and friendly. most of the staff are very friendly with the exception of one guy who it feels like he needs to gloat about the gear he has, has happened to me and a couple of friends a few times when being served by this one guy which caused unpleasant experiences, although I haven't seen him in there for a while. I would highly recommend checking out this shop if you want to start playing instruments
