Kelsey holds such a safe, personable and casual space that made me instantly comfortable and relaxed. We talked about a couple things that I was internally experiencing & there was an obvious emotion/pattern that we focused the emotion code around. Things the code brought up were insanely relatable and accurate in the multiple sessions we have had now. Not only did we release these but Kelsey was more than willing to chat about things before moving on. My name is Vince Lysaght and I have had an issue with nail biting for most of my life. I’m currently 48, and as far as I am aware this habit started prior to being old enough to attend school, so over 43 years.I have always been conscious of this habit and have, at times, tried various methods to stop myself from doing this. Nothing ever worked – when I tried the horrible tasting nail paint, I simply got used to the taste rather than stop biting! Frustrated with this I gave up and thought I would simply have to put up with it forever. Recently it got to a point where I wanted to give it another go, so I paid to see a hypnotist. Although there was a small amount of success, it did not fully stop this annoying dirty habit, and after some weeks I was back to square 1.I am fortunate enough to know Kelsey socially and one night we connected over topics we were both curious about, such as meditation, mindfulness and books on these topics, and during this discussion I told her of my desire to stop my nail biting. She mentioned her emotional healing curiosity and the intent to become qualified to be a practitioner. Curious to give this a go, once she became qualified, I enlisted her help and the experience itself was amazing, but what I found truly amazing was I almost instantly never felt any need to maintain this habit of 40 plus years. Even during times where the biting was very prominent such as walking or driving, since the first session I have not once found my hands wandering to my mouth. It is as if I never had this habit at all.The passion Kelsey has for this healing, her inquisitive nature and her natural tendency to just be a genuine person who cares for others leads her to be gifted in this form of treatment. She is as blown away by the successful outcomes as her clients, and I believe 100% she was put on this earth to do this. I would recommend her service to anybody and can truly say without her I would probably never have been able to have broken this habit.

I met Kelsey (the Great) in September last year and have been so grateful to work with her on a personal level and benefit from her energy healing practice.
