Roger Downey and his team have helped us sell and purchase two homes both in the Manawatu and Auckland . I cannot recommend him and his team enough .Friendly , professional , timely and 100% trustworthy advice . I knew If Roger checked over something that we were safe to proceed only with his guidance .As a young couple at the time this was invaluable and despite moving out of the area we still continue to utilise their expert services .
