What's not to love about this place-fabulous icecream,mind-blowing shakes.Not only this you can customize here anything you want- brownies with icecream.Must go to place for those who have a sweet tooth.Staff is very polite,patient,helpful and excellent at their job

Everyone loves ice cream, but why have it the boring old way when you can have a chocolate dipped cone, or an old fashioned real ice cream milk shake, or maybe you fancy a waffle? Lots of choices here, but nothing cheap. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, my review has changed on this place. My wife and I would go here for some ice cream and it usually was good. The time before last night there, there was something off about the whipped cream on the sundae. However, we went last night and thought that this would redeem it. When we were ordering, my wife got one of their sundaes, once the sundae was started, they informed us that they don't have any whipped cream. My wife said ok (what else could you day at that point) We got our ice cream and left. Now I understand that whipped cream may not seem like a big deal but it's a main ingredient of a sundae. Especially at the prices you pay there, you want the full sundae. The cup was 3/4 full and was very bland. It could have just been a double scoop in a cup. If they didn't have an ingredient, it should be made known before ordering or at least fill the cup up with ice cream instead. It's very expensive, but it's a nice treat. It's just disappointing when you pay that much money and don't get what you order. As of now we will be finding another place for ice cream.

The selection of vegan ice cream is excellent. We spent a few minutes reading each type of ice cream. Customer service is very good and the staff offer a free taste. I didn't take them on their offer but my daughter did. There was a generous amount of ice cream on the stick.

Disappointed with the selection. Only one sorbet flavour and the vegan was not very nice. Even the staff member who served me said it was not her favourite! I’m dairy intolerant so not sure I’ll be back

Ordered a custom birthday cake to pick up and had them take the $70 from my account… to be told the cake doesn’t exist upon pick up. The staff in store told us they didn’t know how to put a refund through.*edit* We were called later in the evening by the manager who delivered a replacement cake but too late for the party. Definitely won’t be trusting Ben and Jerry’s with any more important events.

Wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ice cream is absolutely delicious and well priced. We both had sundaes which were $9.40 which is a very good price for a dessert considering what you pay in restaurants and cafes for desserts half the size. I'll be taking my daughter for sure.
