Lovely place nice homes.

WARNING- Do not buy from this developer. They are the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. We purchased a property off the plans in mid 2020 when they told us the build would be complete Feb 2021. Sunset clause was set for June 2021 so worst case we were of the understanding it would be completed in a year. During this time not once did we receive an update as to the progress of the build. When we asked for one we were met with “the vendor advises they can not provide an update at this time”.June 2021 came and went and in Nov 2021 we received an updated contract which stated the sunset clause had been extended to June 2022 and that we could not take action against the vendor.June 2022 came and went and when we asked for an updated contract we were advised the vendor was not going to extend however our contract was not cancelled. In late Nov 2022 we were advised that the build did not meet standards so CCC was not issued. This was the first updated we had received 26 months.Do not buy off these people. The build quality is also very poor you can see this from looking at the outside. The inside is worse.They trade as the Hermitage Homes Limited and were previously Century Homes Limited.

Houses are yet to be completed, lovely area.

That's new development out flat Bush in south Auckland start from 700 to800.000 a unit.
