Great service!. I contacted them to check on our sliding door, which has been installed back in 2012. They have no hesitation and arrange their contractors to be in contact with me on the same day. Price is very reasonable. This is exactly what the customer wants for the ongoing service.

Perfectly priced, very accommodating, professional and incredibly helpful. 5 rooms installed with new double glazed windows, plus an amazing customised bright blue front door, which were all installed today by the team. I am extremely happy with the whole project from start to finish. The job was timely, mess-free and skilful. Our home is lighter and warmer, perfect. Would highly recommend.

We needed some doors for our wardrobe and after a brief consultation with the team from Morlite a solution of triple sliding doors was confirmed as the best option. We wanted to paint and paper the door panels so needed to co-ordinate this with the construction of the doors.Nothing was a problem. The doors fit well and look great. We had our house double glazed by Morlite this winter. Dave was awesome in the lead up to our install, really informative and kept us in the loop.Once the guys came to do the work, they did not mess around. Within 5 minutes of being onsite they were on the tools and removing existing windows. All the work done by lunchtime.Highly recommend

This review relates to the thermally broken frames Altus supplies to Nulook NZ.I built a house a number of year ago and used Nulook Auckland as the window installer, they were aluminum double glazed units, they did a good job.But the frames and glass suffered from condensation on the inside.A few years later (2016), we moved to Dunedin, bought a house to renovate and again we went with Nulook to provide the windows.Nulook said the thermally broke windows would solve the issue of condensation forming on the frames, but would cost an extra $4,000.Yep a lot of money but I thought if there was no condensation forming on the frames then it was a win/win situation.We had the windows fitted in August 2016 and Nulook did a great job, at first I didn't see in condensation but as the temperature dropped I saw condensation forming on the glass and frames.I spoke with Nulook to make sure I had thermal window frames and was told yes.I was that concerned Nulook referred me to Altus, who it appears manufacture the frames for Nulook.Altus technical assistance emailed me some information about ways of reducing condensation in the home but were unable to answer the question Why can't I see any difference between normal aluminum frames and thermally broken ones?"

I had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted by Morlite recently, and can highly recommend this company. The communication was constant and friendly, and the service second to none. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, and within 30 seconds of them arriving, the first window was out. The whole house was fitted within a day.I work nightshift, and they were so courteous about not waking me up.The windows and doors are exceptional quality, and Morlite were so accommodating in preparing one window earlier for another project, despite them being busy.I cannot fault this team, and if you are needing new windows or doors, look no further than Morlite Aluminium.

I've had all my windows replaced and one new French door,all double glazed.Dave was super helpful and professional. Quotes arrived in a timely manner and the time estimates were spot on.The insulation team were friendly and very fast!Highly recommend.
