Olde Mill House

The most wonderful 5 days. Fabulous family who run this B & B and the ability to also use their bikes is a great addition to their business. Would definitely stay again. There is nothing to fault and we will be back. The 3 of us stayed in the Heritage room which was clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches make this place special. The breakfasts are fabulous. Teresa makes lovely jams and granola. Great to be able to relax in the spa at the end of the day.

Fantastic host. Enjoyable conversations and very accommodating. Drove us to a restaurant our first night there. The yard surrounding the house is spectacular, filled with a large variety of trees and flowers. It is like going to a botanical garden. The bikes provided were great along with their advice on the wineries to visit.

Absolutely amazing 3 night stay in this beautiful B&B. Teresa is a fantastic host, she made us feel very welcome and was so interesting to talk to. The garden is out of this world, I’ve never seen so many beautiful flowers and roses. There is a hot tub where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery after a long day out. You’re given access to a kitchen with water, wine glasses, fridge and a huge living room where you can relax and/or watch tv. The breakfast was delicious, the croissants were light, buttery and very more-ish. There was also fruit salad, a fruit bowl with oranges and bananas etc, toast, cereals, muesli, a variety of yoghurts and fruit juice. She also made a lovely cup of coffee. We were set up with bikes, lock and helmets for the duration of our stay, and the weather was just right for wine tasting. The bikes even have panniers for carrying home wine or groceries. The location is perfect for wineries, you can walk or cycle to so many cellar doors nearby. There is lots of space for car parking. We’ve been in New Zealand for about 10 days and this was the best nights sleep we’ve had. Highly recommend for staying in the Marlborough area.

Loved this place. Very nice small Bed and Breakfast. They rent out bikes to visit the winerys around the region, and many smaller ones are just 1 or 2 kilometers away. There is a whirlpool to relax afterwards and they offer a communal breakfast which was really good. Lovely hosts.

We stayed with the new hosts Mark and Janice. They were super friendly and very helpful to us for our 1 night stay. They provided a shuttle to and from Blenheim for our bus as well as picking us up from a vineyard having walked around a few (if it wasn't raining we would have cycled). The rooms are very nice and everything you could want is ready and waiting for you in a nice and quiet B&B with a lovely garden and a hot tub!

Superb. Great hosts. Breakfast of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, croissants/ toast with homemade jams. Free bike rental for easy access to wineries (we were able to make it to at least 6 per day on our route). Beautiful rooms and lovely gardens. Access to hot tub (didn't use) and bbq grill (shared use with another guest and had a lovely dinner with them in the garden).

Ike and Theresa were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and the beautiful gardens are a bonus. The use of the bikes for travelling around the vineyards was great and alot of fun. Would highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful old villa with an amazing rose and fruit garden. Very peaceful and relaxing and yummy breakfast including home made jams . Rooms are spacious with individual ensuite. You can also hire bikes and visit the numerous wineries. We had wonderful hosts.

Well appointed with full kitchen and living room facilities plus a lovely garden and hot tub. Bedrooms were the quietest and darkest we’ve experienced for months. Great for sleeping. Breakfast is great with Theresa on hand dispensing advice, tips and friendly chat. Used the bikes to get around the wineries which was great fun. All in all a great stay and good value too.

Lovely old house with period features. Very convenient for the vineyards around Renwick. Delicious continental breakfast. Dietary requirements catered for. We will definitely book here again.
