The yard had a good variety of vehicles but i didn't find salesman particularly helpful. Told me the car i was interested in might be leased out again even though it's still on the forecourt for sale. Wouldn't let me test drive a car to my place because apparently there's lots of dusty roads where i live and they pay over $200 to valet their cars. There aren't any dusty roads on the way to my place. I think the main issue was it was a weekend and he needed his boss (who wasn't there) to help him through the process of selling.

Scott was really helpful and even gave me a whatsapp live viewing of the car. He replied promptly to emails and txt me to give me updates. Cameron was really great too when I arrived to pick up the car and even txt me afterwards to see if my trip back to wellington went well. My whole experience of purchasing a car through Orix was extremely positive.

We found the perfect car online here. We phoned and we said we were on our way to buy it, and they said they would hold it. Left immediately and got all the way into Palmy coming from Bulls, stood around for ages in the office waiting to be acknowledged only to be told by the receptionist it had just been sold to someone else. They had our cell numbers but were obviously too fixated on making the sale to ring us. NOT happy. Won't be back here.
