I had Kiana do my browns.She was very professional - I really loved how my brows looked like afterwards. She was also such an approachable and kind person! We talked about so many things during the session! I would definitely recommend her to do your brows :)

On 14 May 2023, we decided to give Benefit Brow Bar in Albany a chance and again was left disappointed. The staff was friendly, but I’m overly disappointed with the state of my brows. Both of us left the shop with uneven eyebrows which we are still trying to grow to make it even. The brows are different shapes and different lengths and so not match with each other at all. Even now after weeks of getting them done, it’s really hard to fill and get them somewhat even. For one of the us, the filling of the brows was so bad that I couldn’t wait to get to the car so I could remove them. A small child could fill in better than that! Again, definitely not worth paying $72!!! I don’t mind paying the price as long as my brows match each other and are done correctly. I’m very disappointed in your services.I emailed the NZ Customer Care email on 28 May but have received no response to date!

I want to thank the therapist Kiana today for the wonderful makeover that was done for a friend. She looks 10 years younger and is very impressed with Kiana and getting complements all round for the transformation. The products as excellent. KIANA is the go to therapist taking pride in her work. Can only give excellent review.
