Awesome place to stay when your visiting or with a group, river just behind the firmin lodge you can go for walks enjoy the sound of the rapids, go for walk up mount putauaki. Bush walks.lodge has every facility there rooms, kitchen, toilets, showers, lounge, washing machine, dryer. Absolutely wonderful place to visit

Had all the amenities there.Used the ktchen but we had whanau staying there overnight as well.I used to clean this lodge when it was a rugby club
