Christchurch Casino

The casino and the little cafe were really nice. Everything was clean and everyone was really friendly.

Charming casino with a great range of gaming machines. The aircon was under maintenance during me visit with some of the machines out of service, however, this didn’t impede on my experience. Friendly service and even free sparkling water!The food was great as well.

Had the best time at the Casino, not much of a gambler but tried my luck and won some coin. Wasn't much but I didn't lose out so win win. Ladies toilets are great and clean. Staff were absolutely AMAZING from bar staff to the tables in the casino :) although not as big as Skycity Auckland, definitely preferred the Christchurch Casino MUCH better!

Great food & fun! The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful - especially when you have queries (so imagine same when you get lucky!) And with daily deals and tasty eats, it's convenient to mix good cuisine with your gaming experience.

Great atmosphere was there for the 2023 New Years countdown, they make great pizzas, an awesome stuff. indoor smoking room to cater for the vaping and smoking community

This review is about the restaurant in the casino, and not the casion itself, which seems good.I ordered the blue cod fish and chips for lunch. It included a small salad which is the best part of the dish. The salad is fresh and had a nice dressing. The chips were OK, but the fish was a bit disappointing as it didn't taste anywhere as nice as blue cod from other places. The fish was a bit mushy, possibly due to not being fresh. Other dishes looked OK, but need to taste them before making a comment. I also tried the lamb roast on another day, and it wasn't much good. The meat was below average, and the vegetables were overcooked. I have had better lamb elsewhere. Thank you.

There is plenty of parking in the area at ŕear of building (carpark free 1st 2 hours). .. On entry Security and other staff doing a great job and very helpful with suggestions.We dined in.Good selection and reasonable prices.Checked out the gaming machines and played on several.Doubled my money.. I'm happy.

Great place to have fun weekend with live music, food & drinks.

Would not recommend, the man checking id’s thought I was too intoxicated at 7pm after having one drink with dinner. Maybe this isn’t a review of the venue and is instead a review of the staff, furthermore I would not recommend to others.

Since there is limited night life In Christchurch this is one place you should go for drinks and enjoy live band on the weekend plus winning money is added bonus unfortunately it closes at 2am and they stop serving drinks from 1.30am.
