Food was lovely, service was good, its just that the food was very expensive, just a tip, order $10 chips, because $6 chips, looked like a just barely $2 chips.

I do like this shop, plenty of variety...however it is very pricey for a dairy and not very good value for money with regards to the takeaways. Another big pet peave of mine is with most shops i find customer service skills are almost non-existent! It really wouldnt hurt to greet your customer first even smile and lastly acknowledge them before leaving instead of just walking off. This has happened to me soooooo many times. Its just rude! Customers keep you in business, so keep them happy. Thanks.

I'm not sure what planet people are on that are saying this is the best fish and chips and tastes nice. Clearly none of you have functioning taste buds the fish was ok batter abit heavy and fish not fresh, chips were old, burgers are fowl aswell not even a proper meat pattie, nor proper chicken on the chicken burger and the sauce does not go with the chicken burger either.. Not pleasant at all. Was hoping we finally found a nice takeaway, but unfortunately Morrinsville, Te Aroha and Paeroa lack good decent fish and chips. Will continue going all the way to hauraki takeaways in ngatea.Customer service though is absolutely lovely really nice people and clean shop that is why I've given them 2 stars!
