I dropped my phone (Google pixel 2) directly on the power button so the button was stuck... The phone continually powered on and off until battery died. Total IT was able to repair the phone and the button for under $100. My phone still works and the button still functions.

Dodgy dealings here. Dropped off the device to be assessed and were told we would be called back with a quote. After no contact, we called three days in a row with limited information and unkept promises of a call back. Finally advised the device was ready on day 5 and were told it was only a charging cable problem. He charged $160 just to say charging cable was faulty when we were told the assessment fee would be $60 + GST. As far as we know, no repairs were done and receipt has been provided.I notice that other negative reviews have been called ‘fake customers’ by IT Solutions but I assure you that we are genuine.

I would like to thank Total IT Solutions for helping me to figure out and fix a big problem all in one day! I needed my laptop urgently for my exam and when it suddenly showed me black screen without warning it was a real disaster. However, by the end of the day thank to Total IT Solutions it was all ready and good to go. Appreciate the help and really appreciate they took the time to help me one day before the long weekend. Great service, happy to recommend to anyone.

I went in yesterday as my smart watch had broken, and I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed. The guy had a look and managed to fix it in 10minutes for me. Awesome result & service, would highly recommend going here.

We can’t contact this guy for almost a month. We left our laptop on his shop, and realising its temporary closed in google. OMG! How can we able get back our item

My laptop screen was glitching and I first brought it to PB Teach and Noel Leeming to have a look at, but it would have cost up to $1000 and taken up to 2 weeks. I brought it to Total IT solutions and he fixed it for me in a number for hours for only $250! He also cleaned my laptop for me. Would definitely recommend.

TL;DR: Battery replacement job, melted my keyboard, damaged my screen, rude and argumentative service.Don't pay for a deposit until he's done the work, don't go here at all.Total IT Solutions offers bad customer service and terrible care on the product. He communicates badly and is easy to argue. When I tried to explain anything to him, he would raise his voice and try to start an argument, speaking over the top.I needed a new battery for my laptop. His service was cheaper and was promised faster than the rest. He told me I could drop of my laptop and it would be done within the day. This happened two times where I would drop it off and he wouldn't have done the work by the end of the day, telling me that he had other orders to go on.On the third day that I had brought it in, he told me that he had ordered the wrong battery because he thought my laptop was a different model. I should have taken a refund and walked by this point, because it was obvious he was incompetent.He set a day the next week to replace the battery.The next week I handed in my laptop. He melted the keys on my keyboard (which makes typing hard) and my previously unscratched screen was now covered in scratches, especially at the top and surrounding the screen. He acknowledged that he melted the keyboard, gave a $45 discount, but refused any claim to him scratching and damaging the screen.He then offered $49 to replace the keyboard, which was a good laugh since it is $4 more than the discount he gave me for the damage. I wasn't having this place touch my laptop again due to incredibly bad service.I wanted to go further with his damage and incompetence but in the end I was too busy and couldn't be bothered. Go somewhere competent and approved, this place is dark, dingy and thoroughly unsatisfying.On the bright side, the battery works. Doesn't make up for the other messes he created.

The staff is nice but the service is really slow. I brought my laptop here since 28th of January. I message them a couple of times but they keep on saying that they will just message back once it's done. Until now I keep on waiting if they can really fix my laptop or not.

I brought my laptop in twice to these guys for two separate issues. Once for a hard drive replacement and backup and another time coz I couldnt get rid of an error that kept popping up.I thought it would probably take 3 days or so each time, but the first time I brought it in, it was ready within a few hours, and the second time I brought it in, it was ready the very next day. And my laptop is now running better than it ever did before. (Worth noting, they recovered everything from my old broken hard drive too, which was a life saver)The other thing I really liked, is that the second time I came in, rather than just taking it and trying charge me, the guy actually gave me a couple of suggestions on how I might fix it, myself, so I wouldn't have to pay.Extremely happy with the service, and I'll definitely be coming back here next time I break my computer. Thanks guys!

My Asus ROG phone 2 screen went black and unresponsive. I brought my phone to 5 shops, all but two said they cannot fix this phone. One shop said will take 3 weeks to order the screen. However, Total IT took them just a day to order the new screen and a day to repair, over the weekend. My phone is like brand new now thanks to them. These guys are very skilled. Highly recommended. AAAAA+++++
