My family and I have been clients of the Henderson Medical centre and as a consequence the associated pharmacy since they opened. We have always had exceptional service from the team at the pharmacy. They are pleasant and knowledgeable and always prepared to go that little bit extra to ensure that our needs are well met.

I've been going to the pharmacy at Henderson Medical Center for nearly 6 months. They're always friendly, helpful and their service is with a smile. The owner 'Rob' is great Connie, Joseph and Thomas are always interested in how I am etc. The bad rating that I saw must have been a while ago because I see these people a few times a week and not once come across rudeness. I can't imagine it. Maybe the man was only filing in, or doesn't work there anymore. Great going team!

This is the best pharmacy in NZ. All the staff are extremely Professional, helpful, friendly, informative & approachable. They always go the extra mile. Very efficient & extremely helpful.My favourite pharmacy.Connie, Donna, Erica are the best!

Horrible experience at the pharmacy, staff more interested in talking and laughing amongst themselves at the expense of customers waiting. Send me off very rudely without so much as explaining dosage , medication use etc.When I pointed out their long conversation and my waited they quickly jumped and told me its about medication. Yeah right, laughing, very animated,Talking about medication. SureNever bothered about me waiting , never bothered about explaining dosage. To the point holding me back and explaining they were talking about medicine"

They consistently get my name wrong, and talking to the reception and doctor's multiple times hasn't changed this, I only go there because of the very convenient location for me, would not recommend
