Wu Cha is one of my frequent bubble tea places in Wellington. When you can get the dirty milk tea it is really tasty, however it is sold out frequently. Sometimes the pearls are a little hard, however the Black Diamond jelly is always so freaking good. I still frequent this place and really enjoy it nonetheless!

I’m not going back anymore. Every time waiting time is about one hour. They work seems no efficiency, not organized, some one order after me is faster than me, especially taste so average.1. They told me waiting an hour but they told kiwis half an hour.2. Told me to wait until call my number, however #88 and #89 already picked up. I am 84 still didn’t.3. Milk is like water, not very strong Matcha and creamy.4. I clearly saying three times of what I want. The last time is after waiting 45 mins. She asked me what did I order.Overall, I just buy one matcha milk, wait an hour, bad service, tasty average, I repeat many times, lucky didn’t pay full price cause it’s so not worth. Won’t go back.

Extremely poor service. Got uber eats order massively wrong. Very rude on the phone and hung up on me when i tried to get them to correct it. Owner should get competent staff (with better english and communication skills) and not the pathetic ones they have currently.

Overall pretty good, but I’ve definitely noticed a drop in quality recently.The cups are now very flimsy, and the drinks are smaller.Still the best teas in Wellington by far, but not sure it’s worth it when you consider the price difference - guess it depends on if it’s a treat or a daily thing.

Poor service everytime. Even got served by different people and service is consistently poor. Starting to think that they educate their staff this way. Milk tea tastes good though...

I am deeply disappointed to share my experience at this store. The taste of their drinks was absolutely terrible, and there was no comparison to others. I tried several flavors, but each one left me feeling dissatisfied and let down. On top of that, their prices were ridiculously high, offering no value for money whatsoever. In contrast, other shops provide better quality and more reasonable prices. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against visiting this particular shop. I hope this review helps others make a wise choice and steer clear of this store.

Never tried bubble tea. I got the dirty milk tea and I loved it. The mango with cheese topping was like drinking a mango cheesecake slushee. Definitely recommend of you've never tried milk tea before.
