On a very wet Sunday afternoon and needing our 9kg gas bottle refilled for our caravan we were told by the staff member that she can’t fill it as she doesn’t know how to fill a 9kg bottle inky an 18kg bottle not good enough back to our caravan with no gas fir cooking or heating what the heck !
