I cannot thank the crew at Auckland Airport Location enough for the way they made my experience so easy. Picked up quick from the airport, taken back to a waiting rental... Needed only a few minutes to get signed up and drive away... On return the girls did everything possible to get me away and back to the airport again. Excellent experience that you don't get often anymore anywhere. Thanks to Debbie Pate and her team!

Rented a car for 2 weeks. Car was old but worked well enough so no complaints there. Excellent experience with Willie in Whangarei where we picked up the car. I dropped off the car in Auckland paying the one way service charge of $150 with a drop off time scheduled for 5 p.m. and an office close time of 5:30 p.m. When I arrived to drop off at 5:05 p.m. I was met by an unpleasant staffer who told me I couldn’t drop it off because I was late and I needed to pay an additional $30 to drop it off at the after hours location. It was disappointing. I would rent from this company again because their prices can’t be beat, but would like to see the company introduce some flexibility in their ability to accept drop offs 5 minutes past scheduled time. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is not necessary to use the $15 shuttle service offered by the rental car company. Walk a couple blocks to catch the bus that will drop you off at the AKL airport and it will cost you $3.50.

Partner and I had a great experience renting from this company for three weeks! Really friendly and relaxed staff who made us feel very comfortable (unlike some other rental companies we have tried). Super affordable and cars drove very nicely. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful service from before we arrived up until the airport drop-off on the way home. For the price point — which ended up being 50% less than competitors — we were willing to lose out on customer service. However, this was not the case. They looked after us and made everything seamless with our rental experience. We will definitely be using this company in the future!

Fabulous service, great communication and cheaper than any other quote. Great check in process which is done ahead of time so no waiting in lines or paperwork to do. Special shout out to our driver who picked us up from the airport and was so friendly and efficient, and to Raewyn who was great and dropped us at the airport and made everything so smooth and easy travelling with two toddlers. These people know how to look after their customers. Will be recommending to everyone.

Very cheap and very cheerful. I rented a 2008 Nissan Tiida for the almost unheard of price of NZD$19 a day. A really willing and well maintained car which was more than adequate for the 1300km we did in five days around Northland.The staff at Auckland went well above and beyond when my sister left her phone in the car. They happily dropped it back to us at the airport not long after we let them know.

Got a great deal with these folks. The car ran well all over both islands. Pick and drop off were smooth and the staff very friendly. When we arrived, it was after hours but the ladies patiently waited and went above and beyond making our first moments in New Zealand superb. We will use them again.

I rented a car for 12 days to drive from Auckland to Dunedin and it was a terrible experience. I highly suggest not renting from this company. The car battery died and we were told we would be charged for any AA service. Luckily we were able to get a jump without calling. However that was not the end of the issues. The headlights were basically non-existent and the transmission was shot. I was given two suggestions - both of which would have resulted in me being charged for the issues with the vehicle. Additionally, when expressing my concerns to the company regarding the poor state of the car, I was treated extremely poor. The employees were condescending and unhelpful. I did not even receive an apology for the dangerous state the car was in. Rather received half-answers and excuses, blaming me for the issues at hand. I am extremely disappointed in the state of the vehicle and the service I received. Do not rent from this company.
