I have been a customer ever since Spellbound Games opened in 2015. Spellbound has been more than just a game store for me. I have attended many of their events ranging from board game nights and card tournaments and every one of them has been very enjoyable. Years passed and I still consider spellbound games my second home. I cherish my time I spent at spellbound games and met people there whom I consider family.Tom, the proprietor of the store, is probably the best game store owner in the market. He is knowledgeable and very accomodating to his customers. Although sometimes hot headed, he shows a fiery passion tabletop and video gaming.

Absolutely wonderful hobby gaming store. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend to MTG players, Warhammer players, board game players or fans of anime figurines.

Ordered some cards and a deckbox online. They had a good selection of cards, and the deckbuilder function made it really easy. There was a stock error, so the deckbox I order was unavaliable. They called me to explain, replaced the deckbox I ordered with a different deckbox and also sent me some really awesome promo cards. I'll definitely order from them again.

Pretty terrible service, order shipped late and then the main card wasn't even supplied, refund notification sent with no warning well after the order had shipped, and refunded to a card I no longer had access to. Received a lovely sob story in response and although said they had found a replacement and would send it, they never did.

Tom who owns spellbound is an incredibly friendly and welcoming person. I am very new to the trading card scene and he educated me on everything and answered all my noob questions. His community are great and everyone appears to be having fun in his store. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to get into board games or trading cards!

Excellent hobby shop. I go down there every month or so. Store owners are extremely friendly, nice welcoming environment, and a lot of variety of games, cards and collectibles on display. It's really good in the socializing aspect, as there are a lot of people to talk to if you go there to play.
