worst place to fix your bike.Two weeks ago we took the bike with a problem in the rear wheel. The first person who attended us did not even write down the problems that we were explaining to him, they only fixed" the brake. When we went to look for it we realized that nothing we had explained had been fixed

Nice people who were friendly on a busy day but there bikes were below expectations for rentals. Make sure you check the electric ones before you hire, 3 in our group had touring bikes that were not for trail riding, limited to beginner trails. 2 e-bikes were faulty, staff were helpful and brought out a replacement but the reliability was lacking. Might have got them between service intervals...

Highly recommend the bikes for hire at Bike Lounge. I rode a new hardtail comfortably to Albert Town via the Te Araroa Trail, stopped for lunch at the Pembroke Patisserie and rode round the Deans Bank Track before heading back to Wanaka. Had a fabulous day of riding, covered 26mi and had a well deserved dinner at Big Fig. Sweet as!

Car had a flat tyre and it was no problem to change our bike session to the afternoon. Great bikes, friendly people.

Friendly people with nice mountain bikes. They showed us how to ride the trail en where to drink coffee. We hired for half a day, had an excellent trail, had a swim in the river en brought the 3 bikes back. Paid only $30 per bike.

We hired 2 ebikes for a day and had a great time. The bikes were in good condition, and the service was friendly and relaxed - with some very useful local tips. We've already recommended to friends.

Very friendly staff and very helpful.Quick review of terms and then in 5 minutes they helped us adjusting the bikes height and helmets and then ready to go biking.They had a map that you may keep and a suggested scenic route that was beautiful.The bike was well maintained and comfortable. They have a lot of options from ebikes to mountainbikes.The return was very easy and took us only 1 minutrle. We would rent with them again.

Brought a bike in for service and mentioned it's making a noise and I'd like to have it fixed.Picked the bike up and found the gears not to be shifting smoothly and the noise still there.Had to bring it back several times...6 visits later, the noise is still not fixed. Expected a bit more for the high service package"."

Super simple to rent a bike. Easy, quick and friendly. The bike was of good quality and didn't let us down. Walk in the fringe and ridge our the back. They loaned me a till to adjust my seat on the go as I'm a bit fiddly with wanting my seat height just so. Easy setup of to. Out in a couple of minutes. Take the extra bike insurance.
