I took my van there to change my timing chain. This was misdiagnosed by another mechanic and ended up in extra costs with Pronto Automotive which I totally understand. With these extra costs, they ensured me that the van would be ready to roll with no issues. 3 Months down the line, I had exactly the same issue with the engine. They said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to change the full engine. I wonder why they didn't tell me this in the first place. I agreed to replace the engine and once fixed, I picked up the van and on the way back home the van dies again. I was unsure if they did test drive my car once they fixed it. On my next and last service there, apart from the wrong atitude I got from the reception, I got ensured that after the car was fixed (another issue with the engine) they would test drive it. A few minutes later I got the car delivered and had to test drive it myself.It's also fair to say that Pablo helped me at court with the car dealer, which I really appreciate. Although they failed consecutively after that and just didn't own it.

Taken a few different vehicles down to Pablo and his team and I’m always met with the utmost professionalism, the work done on my vehicles has always been to a very high standard and if anything needs to be changed they are quick to contact me and discuss changes. Very happy with the boys @pronto

I run an arborist company and my chipper battery had died on a work site so I drove straight to the work shop to be greeted by friendly staff then told them my situation of needed to get this chipper running asap for my job they stopped everything they were doing to help me without hesitation. They also found the problem of why the battery was going dead due to a bad earth which i would never would have foundThese guys were top quality and service and would definitely use them again and recommend anyone to go there as I was super impressed

I took my Toyota to Pronto Automotive as I was having issues that were stopping me from driving my car. From my first phone call with their amazing receptionist, right through to payment and collecting my car, I was met with incredible service and honest communication about costs and repairs. If you are looking for a mechanic Pablo and his team are it.

I never usually leave a review but today I have made an exception as I am very impressed with the exceptional service I received when having a cv boot replaced. The value for service and quality of the job has really impressed me. I will definitely continue to rely on Pablo and this team as my local mechanics

I took my BMW hatchback in for a general service and warrant. They were quick professional and when they discovered some issues that needed to be fixed. They were great at assuring it was fixed swiftly and to a high standard. I give them the highest praise great service and friendly people.
