Honestly this store provided the best service I've received in many years...nothing was a problem and they bent over backwards to accommodate us to find us sunglasses that would suit the need...I will never go elsewhere again. Thank you so much Team Riccarton! You guys are the best!

The young lady who served me was delightful, very knowlegable and EXTREMELY helpful, she went above and beyond to help me. She had such great intuitive understanding of what a big purchase this was for me, and she guided me through and came to a solution that I was very happy with. This young lady is an asset to any business she is in. I was astounded by her genuine kindness, she was phenomenal and made me feel special and important. My sunglass purchase experience was happy and memorable.

Service was extremely poor. No-one was interested in answering questions or trying to sell anything, too busy on cell phones. Sales were misleading, up to 50% off.....Best All I saw was a couple of average glasses at 30% off.

Extremely bad customer service from 90% of staff, entered the store 3 separate times even when there's no customers staff moreninterested in standing at the counter on their phones.4th time I got lucky and actually got the helpful attentive staff.

I bought a gift for my partner and they sold me a product with a scratch on it. None of the agents helped me and I had to visit thrice to get one simple exchange done. Store manager was very rude and showed no respect. Horrible customer service experience!

Excellent service, friendly staff, I was not hassled or hurriedand was assured it was just fine to take my time. I'm a boomerand the staff were quite young. I've shopped there for many years and will continue to do so.
