Outstanding rice and beans! The polenta and the wrapped chicken are unfortunately lacking seasoning.The portions might be small if you're really hungry.I found the wait staff to be extremely friendly and useful, and the environment was just fine, with lots of pictures from Brazilian culture on the walls.

We ordered the two person share platter with fries and garlic bread, we’re big eaters and it was plenty for us. Great value. The meat was flavourful, especially the lamb, the sides were delicious and service was great.

$20 Lunch is a really great deal! The staff are super lovely, and the food is yum. I blissed out on the pork belly and fried banana. Oh and don't forget to add chimichuri! Delicious!

Worth the trip up the stairs for an awesum meal in the middle of Queenstown. Great food, well prepared and very tasty. Big sized servings. We loved the $20 lunches with a main and 3 sides. Happy to recommend FOGO.

We had wanted to try this restaurant the previous day however it was a bit early. The next day while we were walking past the restaurant (it is on the 2nd floor) there was someone offering tasting of their meats. We tasted it and were convinced to have lunch that day. We went for the $20 Brazilian lunch specials; ordering Linguiça Brazilian sausages & Cordeiro lamb - defintely yummy & recommended!

We shared the dinner for two. It lacked balance. No sauces for the meats, lamb was dry, and sides didn't complement meal. Salad desperately needed an acid like lime or vinegar. There seemed to be more variety and sauces with the all you can eat option, but potion wise, that wasn't necessary for us, as we still had plenty leftover from our meal for 2.

Great food, great service with friendly people. We took a plater for 2, one cocktail and another drink. We couldn't finish (small appetites) but enjoyed every last bite of those. Also took away left over.Definitely recommend :)

Big portions and good vibe. This is my second visit but the first visit was better.I asked the staff if there is any lamb in the dish as I don’t eat lamb. She double checked with the kitchen and confirmed that there was no lamb in our dishes. However, there are three big pieces of lamb in our sets and I almost throw up when I accidentally ate it(I have strong flavor against lamb..). It would been better if they can tell us when serving… everything except this are all good.

Fogo's is a great Brazillian BBQ, and a great place to eat a lot of meat.We had the All-You-Can-Eat and it is no joke, the meat just kept coming. The Red/Green coaster for Stop/Go on your meat delivery is a neat gimmick, but the wait staff seem to ignore it, just be prepared to say yes or no to the things you are delivered. The meat is tasty and well cooked, and there is a wide array of options to try, and then to keep trying... and keep trying. Be prepared for a constant supply of meats (and the occasional pineapple) coming to your table. The sides were also pretty good especially the rice/beans/spice mix recommended by the wait staff. Definitely have plenty of the salad if you want a balanced meal. A well-rounded meal is achievable, but only if you manage your own servings. If you order the all-you-can-eat, come hungry to get your money's worth.They have a great range of drinks, our passionfruit daiquiri and mango daiquiri were delicious.
