Its a disgrace that this over priced, poorly serviced cafe is the center of our hospital.Limited healthy food options and even the choices you end up with are bland and have you wishing there was literally any other option for food in this place. Just because you control the food market of the hospital shouldnt mean you overcharge patients, their family and staff to serve below average food and drink

Disappointing food offering and service at 10 past 5 on a Wednesday evening. I stood looking hopeful at counter for longer than reasonable and had to call to busy" staff who were enjoying more food than I was. It appeared that the business really wanted to close at 5."

I will start with the staff... They are LOVELY! however what is not lovely is the prices! NEVER I have ever paid so much for coffees. Over $11 for a large mocha and $7.30 for a regular soy latte. STEER CLEAR!!!! Nowhere in Wellington will you pay this much for coffee. I am shocked at the fact the owner is okay at charging so much in a freaking hospital!!! Taking advantage

Wishbone has got to be the worst example of a cafe ever. They have very little competition within the hospital environment and it shows. Staff are surly, service is slow and their opening hours seem to be centered around the needs and wants of the staff as opposed to the customers. And to top it all off the costs of their fare is high for such mediocre quality. Its about time that the hospital provided access to a cafe service that is readily available on weekends and later into the evening. Patients and their families do not get sick only within working hours people....I will use Mojo at the hospital anytime in preference to Wishbone.

Amazing customer service. All staff are very friendly. Food good (could've done with more salt but hey it's healthy and I need less salt in my diet!) ❤️

Stop in for a quick coffee before my appointment, friendly staff that give good customer service.I did not need to wait long for my coffee so that was great. The Only problem is and this is with all Wishbones around New Zealand the food is little expensive for what you are getting.

Dreadful service, gave me a dirty cup and staff then rude when I asked for a clean one. Absolutely no idea about customer service, obviously very poor staff training.
