My 8 year old laptop decided to go on the fritz last week. Now normally, I would sort it myself, as I have above average IT skills, but given 2 kids and a looming Cyclone, I knew I didn't have the bandwidth or mental energy to do it myself. I also didn't want to rush out and buy a new laptop without doing my due diligence and researching my options.I have referred countless neighbours and Facebook folks to Steve through the years, but this was the 1st time I was able to benefit from his expertise personally.By the time I had turned over my laptop, I had already done the 1st few levels of tech support. I had already taken all data off the laptop and had attempted to go back to restore points and disable recent updates. Nothing worked.I just needed it to function without the screen jitter that had made the laptop unusable. He even came to my home to assist troubleshooting with an external monitor.He replaced the battery for me, and has bought me some time before I need to buy a new laptop, which I appreciate IMMENSELY!Without hesitation, I offer Steve my highest recommendation. Reasonable pricing, fast service, and located in my own Neighbourhood.Awesome!!
