I love lifted. The staff are so encouraging, friendly and uplifting. I have so much more strength in my core since starting reformer pilates. Recommend you give it a go!!

Lifted Pilates - North Hamilton
I really enjoy the classes at lifted. The atmosphere is calm and gentle, with instructors who make you work, but are kind, gentle and motivating. Even when I am sweating up a storm, I leave every session feeling calmer and happier...and they are definitely working you hard. I feel stronger in my legs which goes on to help my other sports.
