Saltark are absolute professionals in property management. They go above and beyond for both their landlords and tenants always working to achieve the very best results for both. From the little details including giving their contact details to neighbours of rental homes they manage so they (the neighbours) can call if they have any concerns about the rental property to being available 24/7 if any issues arise. Highly recommended.

CJ and her team are amazing, good communication and look after the owners best interests at all times, screening the tenants to find the best fit and mine has been amazing for the entire time I've had Saltark managing my investment property. Im sad to be selling and losing Saltark but have recommended the new owners keep them on as the property manager as well as the tenant. CJ will be my first call for my next investment property in Auckland without a doubt.

CJ and her staff are great. She has been our property management company for the past 5 years. We have found her very professional to deal with. CJ is great with us and our tenants. CJ always keeps us up to date with changes to Landlord requirements. We get all the 3 monthly inspection reports.
