Paid weekly, never missed a payment.Watch out for all the hidden charges,$4.35 for paper invoice (did not ask, email is fine), $8.26 for the days I missed the bins (not like they got taken anyway),and $9.35 for co mingling recycled (no sticker on it telling you what you can recycle),So with all the unexpected extra costs I will be changing companies. A phone call or email warning would been nice, but getting a $60 bill for rubish that was never taken! No thanks!

Have been with this company a while when I went on the website the prices were really good then got told I had to pay $50 to join plus a week in advance so was a bit mad about that as it don’t say on their websiteSo far haven’t had any issues with them they even made moving easy as and when I needed a bigger bin they were pretty good with speed and time doing so

Have used JJ Richard's since 2009I'm not someone who posts But my conversation with Toni tauranga today was disturbing to say the least,She couldn't find my Address, name etc and went on to read me the 'new account $50 admin fee'?I repeated myself a number of times that I have been with jj Richards since 2009 and once a year they would send an invoice and I would send a chq. She just repeated herself that it's $50 ...Unfortunately because of this ONE phone call to Toni all the years of NICE guys and Previous NICE reception has been put aside for Toni wanting to set up a new account with $50 fee?? Strange!The rubbish WAS collected EVERY fortnight for 11Years but she can't find my address in the system?

not happy with the recent service after being a loyal customer of 2 years. Some friends who also use this service had their vehicles damaged and were rudely spoken to at time of bringing it up with this company. I am in the middle of trying to cancel our subscription, but they expect 6 months payment and collection fee which will cost over 1000.00 to break the contract. learn from my experience and don't use this company.

False pricing was provided initially in order to get me switched from another company. Day light robbery bussiness. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. No professionalism at all.

Two bins of rubbish collection a week was agreed and done for around two years. They all of a sudden collected only one saying driveway is so dangerous for trucks. They refused to collect two but refused obstinately. I do not understand why this sort of company has survived.

Just spoken to Tony at reception, Very easy to talk to & so helpful, the driver on our route is the best even reversed up the rd to come back after seeing me walking down the driveway. Great all round service in our neck of the woods thanks guys & girls at JJ Richards

Will take all the money out of you they can get. I payed my bill every week for almost two years. They then stopped picking up my bins I rang them to ask why they said they hadn't received payments for random dates all over the show. Sent screenshots of my payments but apparently that wasn't enough and kept saying I owed them money so thought its only 40 dollars so payed it and changed rubbish bin company's. I asked is this all I need to pay to be done with this company they said yes plus the canceling fee, so paid them all that. Then a few months later they start hitting me up for more money saying I owe over 100 dollars. Over weeks they say they have found some so now I owe 40 dollars again. This company will take all the money out of you it can very unprofessional.

I have been with JJ Richard for some years purely to lack of other options for sour area.Today I have requested the bins be removed after our recycling bin was left again for a third time.Absolutely disgusting service.I pay every week for service that I don’t receive.Avoid this business!!I will be removing the bin from my business also. Absolutely appalling!

Had been with them for a year. And then they stopped picking up the bin. And we thought it was because we were late on payments but turns out we were just getting skipped. We pay the arrears owing and instead of letting us know that they were canceling it they just picked up the bin. Poor communication. Poor business practices. We've lost a couple hundred to this company. Dont let it be your mistake.
