My property manager is great, always happy to take my calls and discuss anything. Fits in with me so I can be at house inspection. Has been understanding with all the changes in my life this year.I must also say that Wendell in the best real estate I have ever rented through, you really do look at for your tenants.

I believe that Wendell property has great communication, we are always up to date with anything important such as power outages, the recent flooding etc. And the check ins are greatly appreciated. Sophie is our property manager and has always been very professional and onto it with anything that needs doing. We have been renting this house for about 7 months now and are super happy with the whole process.

This is the best property management group I have had the pleasure of dealing with. My current property manager Clinton he is just awesome. Professional, by the book, easily contactable and has always dealt with any problems we've had arise in a super fast and attentive manner. Wendell Property have been excellent property managers in each of the properties I’ve resided in over several years. Clinton Lewis in particular is very easy and pleasant to deal with, if any maintenance is required it is addressed very quickly and they’re very helpful towards tenants with pets - which I really value. As a tenant I find Wendell’s helpful, non-invasive and very willing to make a tenancy as easy as possible.
