Very welcoming and helpful everytime I come into the store and spot on with style and size suggestions. Speedy with processing payment. Great selection of corporate and casual attire with a multitude of colour selections.

Have been a regular customer at Witchery Newmarket and usually love coming in however the server today with short white hair could not have been more rude. Followed me unnecessarily around the store (not in a helpful way) and when purchasing was disinterested and short. I was very close to walking out without purchasing. I see there has been another complaint regarding this lady so perhaps it is time for some additional training on customer service or a career change. Won’t be back.

Went to buy something for my partner and did like few things, but lady with white short hair she was giving a different look. Vibes were not good from here side and seems like she was judging, I spent $230 and still no smile on her face and greet. I think she needs little customer server training.

Went to check something in Sylvia Park store on Tuesday at around 6 pm. Your shop assistant is the most rude person I have met, she is not there to assist customers but to tell them how difficult it is to deal with witchery no staff answers phone, short staff so don’t bother calling any stores - pathetic !!

The staff are so nice they where going back and forth getting stuff for my mum and did it with out her asking.One lady went and found stuff for my mum with out her asking. The best witchery in New Zealand.
