The customer service in Takapuna Seed was awful.The young manager made me leave a bad review for the first time in my life.She kept on saying that the sole of the shoes were heavily worn out because of me and she didn’t care to listen as she thought I was lying.Even IF I did, they can’t be worn out terribly like that in 5 months time.I used wear this shoes only 2-3 times a week in last 5 months, walking only!How can she explain that all my other shoes are fine?

Customer service is really poor – I came in on a relatively quiet Sunday afternoon. There were two ladies working and I probably spent around 10 minutes looking around the shop, and was not acknowledged the entire time – there was no hello, no ‘do you need any help?’, not even a smile. They just completely ignored me while going around and rearranging displays etc. (it was about two hours from closing time so that wasn’t the issue). They were grumbling about a previous customer leaving tried-on clothes in the fitting room, too many kids coming through the store, and other such things. It felt like having customers in the store was an imposition to them… I ended up purchasing online instead as it was such a weird and unwelcoming vibe.

Yesterday I made phone call about an item to this shop over 10 times, the line was always busy. When I arrived at the shop, I told the staff that the line was always busy, she didn’t even bother to check the phone, didn’t say sorry. Her attitude made me feel so uncomfortable. What a waste of time and petrol!

Customer service is non existent here. Previous experience was so bad, it got escalated to a Regional Manager; however have been back in since then and still ignored upon entering.No follow up service when in fitting rooms and just all round general “I don’t want to be here” vibe.

Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.

Fantastic customer service. I visited the store today to exchange an item purchased online. Very friendly staff. They were all willing to help. 5 stars from a happy customer!

The shop has wide range of selections from man to women and kids. Great place for one stop shopping.

I bought a black knit top and it is pilling a lot, the salesperson just rolled it careless before I paid. She didn’t let me feel like she has any positive attitude of customer service. She’s very rush to finishing the service (the payment) and said “it happens like this but just an on sale item” okay...I don’t know what she means by this.... probably she’s in a bad mood.
