Not good service,banks should be able to accept deposits on weekends if staff just sitting at the counter waiting for customers,was not busy.All she said was deposits can be done on weekdays,some people cant get to a bank on weekdays as are at work.Whats the point of opening a bank on weekends if cant make deposits.People today are so flamin lazy in their jobs,yes there is ATM but some people are old school like service done over the counter.Westpac St lukes just wasted money on renovation but no interest in looking after customers-GROW UP.

Blocked my card without telling me, left me stranded over the long weekend, could not reinstate my card, had to go into branch, have been taking money from my account and then apologized and put it back numerous times, cant speak to a branch you have to go through the system, feeling very undervalued as a customer. Will be taking my banking elsewhere.

Always used to be able to put into the business account for the company I work for. Suddenly not possibly over the counter. Explanation zero. Maybe a bit of training on calm, friendly customer service would be great too. Thanks

Extremely bad experience with this branch. had appointment with Peter, who is very rude, very bad attitude. I would say he doesn't even know how to talk as a 'person'. Never ever gets so disgusted service. And hello? With that kind of service I would never ever consider this bank. How staff behave represents the culture of the company. If I could, I would like to rate - 5stars.

Went into this branch twice yesterday and on both occasions their service was really good. On my second visit yesterday I was assisted by Ace and I must point out his professionalism was exemplary to say the least. I was having all manner of issues with the Westpac Online helpdesk (quite rude, condescending and extremely poor knowledge of how to handle credit card fraud issues) I was horrified to find that upon dealing with Ace that my credit card was still active whereas I had specifically told the online helpdesk that I would like it cancelled immediately (which she indicated was already done as we spoke on 14th December 2021 only to find that a month later nothing had been done. A big thank you to Ace @ St Lukes branch for sorting it all out for me and a huge brick-bat to the Westpac online team.

Worst experience i have ever with any financial organisation. Went their pass all the details to open an account nobody followed up. Again booked an appointment over the phone and nobody was their to attend the appointments. After waiting for an hour security guard advise us they can’t assist us as they are too busy. Never ever going to visit them again seems like they only want to deal with business client.

I've been to this bank in person twice now and both times were equally as horrible as the other. The first time I had made an appointment and upon arrival, they seemed to have no idea of it. The person, Peter, who we dealt with seemed to have no idea what he was doing and was very unhelpful and almost quite rude at times. The second time there, the girl serving us told us that a money transfer was not possible and could not help us, and then when I explained that it should be possible, she then wanted to charge a $35 fee to do the transaction. I sincerely hope other branches are better than this.

The customer service doesn’t even deserved any stars to start with. Lazy and unprofessional. Waited in the queue for approximately 20 minutes, only to be told that the bank teller could not assist anything on international travel, which is bizarre. Not till it has been brought up being a long term customer, other branches has helped multiple times, only then willing to indicate this in the system.
