Paul alleviated a painful ingrown-toenail with a much needed surgical intervention a while ago, which has not needed revisiting. Since that time, I have continued to see Paul for orthotic modifications and their modifications when buying new footwear.He is a consummate professional and I trust him with my families feet also.

Bays Podiatry didn’t help my condition, which is peripheral neuropathy. I appreciate that it’s probably outside podiatry’s purview, but I was unimpressed when I asked Paul if I had toenail fungus and got the reply, “that’s the least of your worries” and no suggestions as to how I could eradicate it. Not impressed and will not return.

Paul did a wonderful job of alleviating the pain of an ingrown toenail for my younger sister. He communicated extremely well the procedure and ensured my sister was comfortable and in no pain throughout the whole durations of it. Paul thoroughly explained the after care required to ensure we fully understood how to do this.In addition, the facilities were excellent, modern and clean.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul as he did an awesome job.
