Annoying packaging

Undoubtedly The worst moving experience possible on the recieving end. An item fractured and the wood with fabric was scratched right through it. ALSO they almost forced me to sign their document while dumping the items on the porch, Where's the document

Rough company very poor operation they run in auckland double handling items which risks damage.Clearly no money or thought has been put into the auckland branch

This is not a business that cares about its customers or their belongings.Our coffee table was either lost or damaged on the trip from Christchurch to Auckland, we wouldn't know because Star Moving have not told us.We called the depot to ask if they knew where it was. They said they'll look and get back to us. Never did.We called a few days later, they said they'll look and get back to us. Never did.Next time we called they asked us to email a photo of the coffee table to make it easier to find. We did this, and received no reply.With this lack of communication and effort, I can only assume that no one has even looked for the table.It's very frustrating to pay someone to take care of your possessions and in return receive no respect for those items let alone communication about what has happened to them.Would still love to get my coffee table back if anyone at Star Moving is reading!

Lost an item, when I asked where it could be I was told just forget about it. Dont trust these people with anything you dont care to lose

PLEASE READ!Used these guys to move stuff from Nelson to taurunga, our items arrived UNWRAPPED, OPENED and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of items lost" not to mention all the damage to our items. This is disgusting and shows what sort of people they are. They are now dodging calls
