Inconsistent service. Sometimes exceptional sometimes terrible. You pay extra for extra things right? There are definitely no extra onions in here... pitiful really. When I pay almost a dollar for extra onion I expect to get extra onion.

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Deluxe combo and a kiwi burger combo. Got home to find they did not give me a chicken burger of any sort. The person that liked chicken was fairly disappointed. Fairly useless performance to be fair. The order was given to me in a TORX napkin bag

Second time in two weeks I've been failed by this McDs.No egg in a sausage and egg Mc muffin! C'mon the name says the ingredients. I could excuse this if they were flatout but they weren't busy, only had one other customer while I was there.

Staff attitudes can be terrible. Food appears thrown together. No pride in service, sometimes staff stear at you, as thow your a hassle or inconvenience.

It is what it is. Quick drive through service. Convenient.Update 1: I recently had poor service from this branch. Seems they had an issue with stock and/or staff. The wait turned out to be approximately 20 minutes in the drive through. Hope that gets sorted out.Update 2: These guys have not learned their lesson from the last time. Saturday morning and they have eveyone waiting more than 25 minutes for orders. Stars are falling from the review. Does management not see what is happening? You have children running your shift, and not giving a cr@p whether they get anything out to customers! They even locked the doors to stop people from being able to enter their store, or to leave without assistance when they couldn't cope with the amount of orders. My order went in at 10:18, and was walking out at 10:55 with my take away. And it was all cold, or just mildy warm. Shocking! You are going to lose customers!

Always check your order when handed to you. We were missing an $18.00 Chicken burger and 5 ice creams $11.00. Response from staff when i returned seeking the missing items...if you cant be bothered going back what happens to the paid for items?
