Worst, rudest and arogant service from truck operator. Unsafe driving practices. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent service. Scotty the driver was very good , polite and accommodating of my wife's condition. Communication with the office was excellent.

I had to write a review about service here. Long story short Rowes did some work on my car that other companies might try to fob off. They took on the job without question in a friendly way with a can do attitude. They fixed the problem and even went beyond to fix something else they didn’t have to at all. I am so great full and appreciative, it’s the small things that count. You don’t often get this service in these days of rush rush, time means money. Thank you so much team especially Brooke and Kallum.

Picked up a van from these guys today. Great service from the young lady on reception who went out of her way for us. And these guys refused Taxpayers dollars to tow protesters cars during Wellington occupation. Legends!

Resonable good service ,pretty wierd coms through the slit window dont know if they can here you or not ,but however covid restrictions adherence, Another thing they knew more then me when dealing with which was a great help and surprise ,all in all got my particular request sorted ,so cheers guys thanks much appreciated

My car was towed from accident site. By call of the police,I didn't get choice of tow service or option of removing myself. I asked for car to be towed to my work yard but was refused. Went to collect car next day , Saturday but rowes were closed, but was still charged 2 days storage fees for the weekend.upon inspection of my car Monday morning it had additional damage that was not done from the crash.the the exhaust had been wedged into the Floorplan and destroyed and the transmission hard lines had been crushed and ripped out of the transmission. There was no oil at the crash site but their garage floor had a huge puddle. That and the marks under my car suggest this was done while unloading. They then charged me $30for cleanup of the oil. Also my harlid on my ute deck was locked. Both locks were smashed by them forcing the hardlid open.they claim none of this damage was done by them and refused to accept responsibility for it.will not recommended them to anyone. Just a bunch of cowboys that have no respect for vehicles. I see it as any vehicle damaged or not needs the same amount of care taken to recover it. This I feel was not the case with mine.

My car needed towing after getting a flat, happy as with the service, they came as soon as they could and stored my car overnight then dropped it off with BMW the following morning at 8:00am. thanks.

Big ups from me and my partner, we called up gave locations and received quote within moments, the driver Adam was very helpful sharing his insight on the possible problems for our breakdown, he was very understanding and kind. Would recommend if your in need of a towing service.

Having had a less than awesome encounter with one of Rowe's heavy recovery drivers in the past I wasn't expecting alot when I asked them to quote a tow job for me, I was wrong. Not the cheapest but very close, absolutely awesome in every way to deal with at the admin end and a really cool driver that was super accommodating. Can't recommend them enough.

Rip off scam artists. My car got impounded at the bayfair shopping centre, then the rude receptionist had the cheek to try and say they were going to charge me 34 km when it's only 6.9 km and they can't even charge me for that. When I explained the receptionist was really rude and just playing dumb because she knew I had caught them out. I also asked for the invoice which she said she'd email me but didn't happen. Bad enough being without a car let alone stupid rich towies think they can rip people off. Pathetic company
