Hello all, just been to shake,shed and co and the lack of service is comendable, WOW you must have a 1 on 1 training in being blind, ignorant and looking like you dont want to be there!! Cause the young lass on today passed with an A+, Congratulations you have lost a customer!

Even though I was very clearly standing in line to place an order, in front of the girl serving, literally raised her hand and served 3 other people before me, that were all there after I lined up.

Very bad service. The lady with glasses is not patient. She even did not ask what we want. She just came in and out without asking her customers. When we ordered bubble tea, she is not patient, taking deep ရေsigh.

Engaging delightful staff. Products sold are sugary 'rubbish for your body' food but we enjoyed them for a treat.

Worst customer service ever. The lady working over there has no manners. I ordered bubble tea and she gave it to me without closing the lid properly and it fell all over my white tee shirt and left a stain. When I complained she didn’t even apologised to me. I was a regular to this place but never going again.
