EnergySmart Tauranga
I quickly received a quote, then ordered two heat pumps. ONE arrived.It was agreed to be mounted on pavers - it wasn't.Corrosion inhibitor wasn't offered but I would have appreciated and paid extra for it.The second heat pump was re-quoted at a higher price.Emails to & fro resulted in a third quote - also higher than the first.Having paid for the first unit, I gave up at this stage.The installed pump is operating fine but I'll go elsewhere for the other.Disappointed,Janice.
