Took my son here for a treat but unfortunately it was terrible. He had a soft serve & it tasted like the milk powder they used had expired. It tasted like rotten milk. Super unpleasant.

The worst. I was waiting there for ages. They put the back in 5 minutes sign and left for like 40 minutes.. Like I am pretty sure that’s not okay...

they put a sign up saying they’d be back in 30 minutes and ended up being over that. All we wanted was a hot dog and they said “We ArE nOt DoInG hOt DoGs ToDaY”.

Went here last on the 25th of September. I got a mini hotdog which appeared to have old milk spilt on the bun?? So the first bite I took was a mouth full of rotten milk!!! When I asked to speak to the manager i was apparently all ready speaking to her from which I got no apology and she tried to tell me the rotten substance was mustard, yeah right. Before I even paid I asked if it was fresh. Which it clearly was not as I watched it all go through the microwave. So gross, you’ll be lucky if I don’t call in quality control after that.

Ordered the bubble tea “hot or cold”It was lukewarm. I asked why it wasn’t cold and the sales person just “I put ice so it gets cold”They also ran out of pearlsVery disappointing!!!

The shop offers Hot and Cold Bubble Tea" with different favours to choose from . I ordered a Coffee Hot Bubbles Tea but instead I got a room temperature tea without coffee favour. The bubbles are too too hard."
