staff great. pharmacist explains medication in detail. even phones dr if he has too. door not user friendly to people with walking sticks. need sliding door. not user friendly to wheelchairs.

This has changed hands since the last review. I have found a very different customer service experience.Staff used to know your name (frequent flyer), greet you and share a smile and banter. The majority of the staff there now are very sterile, which comes off kind of rude.The place is getting a bit run down and some TLC is needed.Their shelf selection is fairly vast however I would recommend price checking before purchasing.

The pharmacist whose name is Sang (Korean man with black eyeglasses) is so arrogant and rude. Quite a while ago I saw him abusing several elderly customers many times. Sometimes he would move his face close to them and speak quietly so that no other customer can hear clearly. He was almost threatening the elderlies. I am not sure if he is still working at this pharmacy but this man needs discipline. I can tell how he was mentally unstable by the way he speaks to the elderlies. I shouldn't judge a person but with my personal experience dealing with him and through the people I know who dealt with him over the years, he seems like a psychopath. His parents should be ashamed of themselves upbringing this man in this way.

Awful experience contrary to the above. Couldn't quite believe it.The lead pharmacist was incredibly arrogant.Very much let down by the condescending treatment and nasty comments. Avoid. Worst experience ever.

Always go here they are so very nice and helpful always give you explained how to take your medication highly recommended.
