TANK Glenfield - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Terrible slow service. There were two staff on last Sunday afternoon. After waiting quite a few minutes one staff member just disappeared. Maybe 7-10mins they returned. Still waiting. They made my smoothie then left it in the blender whilst making other customers after me. I had to ask about it. Finally pour it into a cup and pass to me. People can’t wait and wait and wait. Won’t return as took so long

Got to be the worst branch because not once over the past 3 weeks have I been able to order, either staff away on break leaving store unattended, items not available on menu or kiosks broken.

Always canceling my uber eats order 5 times. Whats the point of having them on Uber eats if they'll never get it done.

Just ordered my first chicken caesar wrap & was served by the most friendly , bubbly worker thank you for the chat & multi task ⭐️

Shocking long waitWe waited 35 minutes for 2 smoothies 3 staff on and the smoothies were way to thick and it wasn't even busy

Self ordering not working, asked the girl how long to wait for a juice and was told 1 minute...there's a guy that has been waiting a while and another couple that ordered ahead of me, so I don't see how mine would be 1 minute, also noticed the staff putting bottled juice away, so I decided it probably wasn't going to be that fresh and left it.

Very disappointed today with tank mango. Bought 2 tank mango full cup which is on special at the moment they tasted so flavorless very diluted. I think because it's on special they make up the second cup by adding ice or water to it. Very disappointing. Shame

Unfortunately the last few times I’ve gone the customer service has been a contributing factor as to why i will no longer purchase from here the last few times it’s been rude, they have interrupted me to finish my orders name and the quality on the smoothies now have gone down hill.I have just waited for just under 15 minutes to order and was still Not even acknowledged before walking out.No there is a wait time…. Not even a glance on my direction… Or even a Hello.The young girl was just in her own world on the touch screen computer giggling …. For 15 minutes!I used to regularly attend here on a daily basis for my lunch, but unfortunately not anymore.The Pita pit next door is far more welcoming and they do some great smoothie options that don’t leave you waiting 15-25 minutes for a drink.

Guy made my smoothie bowl twice so it took forever...only for him to leave the acai wrapper on when blending. Disappointing and just unacceptable!

Service is lovely but only one person in front of me getting two smoothies and it took close to 20 minutes to get my one. Usually if tank is busy I will not go on my 30 minute lunch break however today only one person I thought would be ok. Waste of my time
