Unfortunately, I can only comment on the booking policy this company have in place.I had an emergency surgery during my time here in Auckland for the purpose of attending a very close family member's funeral, and the following week I was scheduled to have my 20 week scan in my home town, Palmerston North. Because of of the nature of the surgery, 3-4weeks recovery time before travelling, I rang this company to enquire about booking with them my 20 week scan. Unfortunately, I was told that I could not book a time slot without a referral and I could not obtain a referral without a time slot booked.I explained to them that I can get the referral form transferred electronically to them once i have a booked a time slot with them asap from my midwife, however, they were unwilling to be flexible with this request due to the company's booking policy. It is very discouraging for people like myself from out of town to face this type of issues with clinics who aren't willing to be flexible.
