Ordered a Makita product online. Very good response time. Being a Makita the tool ordered is in my opinion very good.However I cannot recommend" this company due to the warranty. I was very dissapointed to find out that the tool only had a dealers warranty of 1 year. It could be extended to a 3 year warranty if "the purchaser paid" for it to be sent to the USA for repair.This is in stark contrast to a genuine Makita 5 year NZ extended warranty which does not involve the purchaser in any cost.I did shop around for the best price. I definitly do not think that the savings made buying dealer imported Makita tools anywhere near compensates for the NZ Makita warranty"

Very good pricing at the place

Extremely dissapointed.I bought a $700+ Milwaukee Hole Hog tool kit. When I recieved it they had sent the wrong batteries. (Mikita instead of Milwaukee) I was told on the phone they would send out the right batteries with a return shipping label. Instead I recieved an email and was asked to print out the label and send it back to them. After calling them again I was told that I would not recieve these batteries until they recieved the return. This would be understandable if they hadnt already told me otherwise. They also refused to offer any partial refund or conciliation for the wasted time. The tool itself also appears to be factory seconds with a broken part from an over tightened screw, several dings and scratches and a significant defect in the handle. I did not see anything to indicate that the unit was anything but brand new in the add.I will not use this company in future.
