Doug installed our satellite receiver approx 7yrs ago, doing such a great job, we didn't hesitate to ring him when the TV wouldn't work this week. The problem was diagnosed over the phone & the repair done that same day. That's what I call SERVICE! thanks Doug

Had no tv signal after high winds during storm Gabrielle. Doug from Trend was able to come the day after I rang and fixed the aerial problem. Very professional and was pleasantly surprised at cost. Would have no hesitation in recommending Trend Aerials.

Great, honest service from Doug. Diagnosed over the phone and then came around that week and identified the problem quickly. Gave us a couple of options and fixed it there and then. Would happily recommend.

I contacted Doug about reception problems with my mother's tv. He said that while he could come and fix it, if she was a sky subscriber, as long as it was a sky equipment problem, they would fix it for nothing. He could have come and done the work, I would have paid him and been none the wiser but he is clearly a man with ethics and I applaud him for it. Thank you for your help Doug.
