Owning a child care, this is so important due to health and safety that we have to keep to the highest level.Helen is always very welcoming on the phone and makes the whole process easy and knows what is needed for the job to be done.

At very short notice I needed an Electrician to repair a downlight pre purchase inspection. I was contacted that day and an appointment organized within 24 hours. I am a fussy individual who has dealt with a number of electrical contractors over the years and hand on heart Wayne is one of the best I have worked with. No job is too big or small and his workmanship is excellent. I have been a Juice customer for years. Without doubt I would rate them for any electrical job. They are quick to respond to questions, they are always on time and their work has always been outstanding. Some of the jobs that they have done for me have required ‘out of the box’ solutions- at each stage they have been clear with the options that I have and the pros and cons of each possibility. We had the privilege of Greg doing the electrical work in our home recently. As we had him do some minor electrical repair work in previous years, which we were very impressed with, we didn't hesitate to contact him again.He is always on site when he says he will be - if not early, always friendly & professional. We talked with him about the electrical issues we were having & Greg gave us a range of options & we worked together to get the best outcome possible.He is always polite, well spoken, very friendly & very knowledgeable about his trade. He is a real pleasure to have working in & on your home.Greg & the Juice Electrical Team - shout out to Helen, were very respectful & because several members in our house hold are immunocompromised & we live in medical isolation, Greg wore full PPE each time he entered our home. Greg advised us prior to entering our home, that he had not knowingly been around any unwell persons and he himself was well, before entering our house - we really appreciate the respect he has for our home & our family members before entering.He fully informed us of all available options & the price of each option so we could make an informed decision knowing the actual cost - no hidden figures, no added extras or unexpected surprises on the bill.Greg repaired several electrical faults for us, change 13 old ceiling down lights to the new LED down lights, replaced an outside security sensor light bulb - to our security light which he previously installed for us. He fixed several faults & installed a surface LED light in our walking-robe & installed a bathroom fan wifi timmer & a wifi dimmer switch to our lounge & took the time to set us up with the Smart Phone App to operate them remotely.Our house looks atleast ten years younger with the LED down lights and they come with the added bonus of being a completely sealed unit that sits flush with the ceiling panels, so no more heat escaping through the gap that was around the old style down lights. No more dust coming down from the roof space & no more spiders dropping in from the roof cavity - A REAL BONUS !Greg started the job & we had a sudden Covid-19 Delta snap lockdown nation wide. Helen was wonderful & organised the return visit when it suited us when we went into Alert Level 2 & we were medically advised we could have tradespeople back inside our home.Greg again advised us he hadn't knowingly been around/near any unwell persons & he himself was fit & well & he wore full PPE on his second & third visits.Greg & Helen are amazing. They were aware of our medical situation, from having done work previously in our home & Greg was more than happy to wear full PPE for our family members best protection.If you or a member of your family, or anyone you know is medically compromised & you need an Electrician we genuinely recommend Juice Electrical.
