I have found antidote Macandrew to be a very friendly and well stocked chemist it’s good that if you are waiting for a prescription to be filled it doesn’t take long so it very helpful in finding products that you may need for your I’ll health and other health and products along those lines of life’s needs.

Worst service I've had in a pharmacy by far.Mum needed to get some a prescription for antibiotics and instead she was handed anti depressants. After five days consuming the drug she notice something was wrong. We came back to the pharmacy and told them about the huge mistake they did, as the infection got worse and she suffered negative side effects from the anti depressants. The pharmaceutical that attended us was the rudest by far. He demanded us to step aside as he needed to attend another customer while we were filing the compliant. He kept telling us it wasn't his problem as he wasn't there when the mistake was made and threw the correct prescription in the counter for us while he went back inside. Horrible. no accountability.

Worst experience I had ever with a Business in Dunedin. The staff were nice and friendly but the man who doing the jab was nervous and using F" word frequently. I am a business man and NEVER use "F" word even if I have bad day. I was their permanent customer of this pharmacy but not recommend this store to anyone. Poor Management !!"

Very friendly service and very good, with my twin daughters first child vaccinations.Very quiet stress-free environment, thankyou for the coffee and hot chocolates.
