Staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a bother to them. Best decision I made was changing to these vets.1 kitten was vaccinated in Paeroa recently and was smothered in love it was so nice to see. Then 2nd kitten was not eating so I went to get some food for her to try. Which she loved. When I called to check on picking up more food I was told if I couldn't make it back before closing they would put it somewhere safe for me to pick up.While being served I watched the stage treating another person's dog who was heading home. They genuinely care for the animals they deal with.I'd give you more stars if I could!What a fantastic clinic.

Excellent service here, were able to fit our dog in at short notice for an urgent situation. Staff were willing to consult in the back of our van, as our dog is afraid of going in to the clinic. Diagnosis was prompt and treatment appropriate and we'll explained, dog improved quickly with treatment.

Reliable Service!Called around 10pm at night on 26th Dec which was boxing day, Peter was happy to meet me in clinic that night. We we're camping in Waikino when our dog had eaten something outside the tent and was gagging couldn't see anything untill of course we went to the vet and I had a proper look into his mouth as Peter advised that it most likely could be something lodged in his teeth or somewhere in his mouth (I thought it was in his throat) Anyways I opened his mouth and voila a bone was stuck on the roof of his mouth and I was able to dislodge it. Call out fee was $125.

I called at 6pm mid walk with my dog, panicked that she was very ill, a staff member was there to meet me within half an hour - and had travelled 30mins to get there. That blew me away. The care we received was so kind and diligent.
