Had a great experience with RaD car hire Napier Airport. Hired a Kia Sportage for a few days mid October. Great price, great car, very clean. Awesome customer service (even in the midst of a chaotic mass flight cancellation at the airport due to weather) and quick and easy collection and drop off. Won't hire with anyone else when I am next in Napier. Thanks team for a RaD experience!

RaD is located a short walk from the Hawkes Bay Airport terminal.Excellent service from these guys.The storm in Auckland meant we initially cancelled on them and then showed up without a booking. They did everything they could to accommodate us. Really can't thank them enough.tl;dr if you're willing to walk 200m from the terminal then you'll probably save 30% or more and get great service.

We have been using these guys for the past 2 years. During covid we had to cancel at last minute. Another time I gave incorrect CC details. Nothing was a problem. The fact that they have after hours service is awesome. The car fleet is great too (from our experience). Highly recommend
