Very poor and unprofessional customer service. Paid a deposit in February for my Samsung Z fold screen and till today they haven't found 1. After 2 weeks when I paid deposit they called said coz of Shipping issues and its hard to find the screen as well it will be delayed a month and I agreed for a month thinking whatever happens they will call me. And my fone was quite damaged. I didn't follow up, giving them a good 4months. Today I called and spoke to Krishna a very unprofessional person who put me on hold for almost 20mins from a 30min call to serve another customer. I had to give up and hang up shes not even considerate that it wasn't a free call.She gave me the same reason what I was told when I was given a call 2wks after I paid deposit. Surprisingly they still looking for my phone screen and not even assured me once that they couldn't find it. N they not even taking responsibility of the further damage caused to my phone since it was badly cracked.

Always buy my iPhone screens and cases from these guys because they have a great range and reasonable prices and know their tech!

My daughter brought her iPad to get repaired due to issues with the touch screen, home button, and charging. They provided a quote of $280 for a screen and battery replacement, along with the assurance that the home button would be repaired during the screen replacement. On picking it up after the repair, the man in the shop cracked the screen trying to force it into the case and it had to be repaired again. After picking up the second time, the touch screen had improved somewhat, but the home button still wasn't functioning correctly. We returned the device, and they sent it away for an additional week to fix the button. After retrieving it, we discovered that the touch screen problem had reappeared, so we had to return to the shop again. The representative suggested updating the iPad, so we went away to do that, but the problem remained. We returned it once more, and they sent it away for repair again. However, they eventually informed us that the device could not be repaired, which was blamed on a software or motherboard fault. After this extended and frustrating ordeal that spanned over a month, the original problem with the screen remains unresolved. They wouldn't refund the cost of the ineffective screen replacement so my daughter is left with a practically unusable iPad and out of pocket $280.

Friendly service. Honest work. However states 10% instant discount for reviews. Yet wouldn't honor it and said not on repairs. Nothing on offer displayed about terms and conditions.Still I'd recommend:)
