Staff friendly on the whole. Some gaps on shelves,meat dept needs upgrading,too much stock in large portions,no options for single customers with 1 or 2 small portions.

Gone downhill since recent manager and staff change.Self checkouts are dirty, careless response from staff member when brought to her attention.Asked a staff member if she could check stock of garlic, she said no she couldn’t and left it at that.Unbelievable....

Was good. Lovely and clean and very nice staff. Only 4 star as I'm not keen on supermarket's. Way to expensive all of them. Haven't changed my opinion.

Came here for the first time to do a regular grocery shop. They were missing several key items. Many items (at least 20) had no visible price tickets or were in the wrong spot - most egregious was no pricing for mince or chicken. There was only a single staff member at the checkouts who stood in the self service section so we had to scan a $300 shop through self checkout. Granted it was 9PM, but received no assistance as we tried to balance everything on the small scale. This place is fine in a pinch, but I would not recommend for regular shopping.

Self checkout error and money had been deducted from account. Money returned to account an hour later. Trying to follow up error on the phone whilst frustrated as money showing as deducted. No responsibility or ascertaining of information through listening to details given from female supervisor at checkouts. Complete lack of logical reasoning showed, despite showing money dedication. Claimed she was more qualified to deal with it (which she didn't) than the store manager when asking for store manager. She was extremely insinuating, unreasoning and denied error to operational system of self checkout. Have escalated, and outcome findings show a system error on Countdowns Howicks checkout system. Terrible customer service needs foresight and training. Highland Park Countdown is the better option. Steer clear of this store.

This store is improving greatly. Has had a face lift and is not too bad.Still the same,tidy well stocked bit a bit small and limited for some things.
